PARTY BOOKING & DEPOSIT

Confirmation of a date is only given when the The Circle has taken a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the meal value which will hold your reservation and then go towards your final bill. The Circle will hold your booking on a provisional basis for 1 week from the date of booking or 2 weeks prior to the event, whichever occurs first. If a deposit has not been paid within these 2 weeks, the Circle reserves the right to resell the space without notifying the client. CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation of your booking we require 4 weeks notice before the reservation date. Thereafter full payment of any meal will be required along with the loss of deposit. All alterations are to be confirmed in writing by the organiser. Party organisers are requested to inform everyone in their party of this policy and to pass a copy of the terms around. Should you have a drop in numbers, the deposit will be dealt with as follows: - 2 weeks prior to the event: The deposit will be used against the final bill for the remainder of the booking - Under 2 weeks: The deposit is lost and cannot be used against the final bill In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control preventing the club/restaurant opening for business, we reserve the right to use discretion and offer an alternative date where appropriate.

MENU

Pre-orders are required 2 weeks in advance of your booking for bookings of 6 or more. Pre orders must be filled in using the template given by the club. We will do our best to accommodate last minute requests however these cannot be guaranteed. We advise organisers to bring a copy of individual orders for their own reference. In the unlikely event that a member of your party should claim a dish that is not what they have ordered, any replacement dishes will be charged for.
